*States are encouraged to submit survey results as soon as possible following the National Click It Or Ticket Mobilization each Spring. Even after submitting results, States may elect to conduct another survey in the Summer or Fall. March 1^st of the subsequent year is the last date for submitting any survey for which observations were completed during the prior calendar year.
