Roundabouts 101
This seminar is designed for state and local engineers and planners who are involved in the planning, design and operation of the roadway system. This one-day seminar will introduce you to roundabouts from policy considerations to constructing and maintaining them.
The instructors for this seminar has over 60 years of combined experience in traffic engineer and will provide you their real world experience as well as the theory and practice of your changing profession. This course will help you understand why roundabouts are spreading across the United States as a new tool for traffic engineers.
This class will provide you resource materials that you can use when you get back to your job.
This course should be of direct interest to those people in the civil engineering field, including county engineers, city engineers, public works officials, transportation engineers, DOT personnel, capital program managers, consultants, new local government and consulting engineers, police officers with traffic responsibilities, and others whose work brings them into contact with Traffic Engineering applications.
