The objective of this project was to develop and test various methods of framing CPS recommendations, and to determine how to best communicate CPS information to parents/caregivers.
A Lanett mother is accused of causing the death of her 2-year-old daughter in a February traffic crash. Joy Antonette Brooks, 29, was indicted recently on a charge of manslaughter, court records show.
