The Alabama Crash Facts Book (CFB) is an annual publication produced in part by CAPS that provides a wide breadth of traffic safety statistics for a variety of constituencies. A Lanett mother is accused of causing the death of her 2-year-old daughter in a February traffic crash. Joy Antonette Brooks, 29, was indicted recently on a charge of manslaughter, court records show.
